SHIPPING

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP AND ARRIVE?

We're excited to get your order to you! During busy periods like Christmas, launches, sales, Black Friday, and restocks, please allow 5-7 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for delivery. Our team is working hard to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your order has been picked up & has left us, it is now in the hands of NZ Post.  You'll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped and is on its way with NZ Post.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship to New Zealand addresses only. We are excited to announce that we are working on expanding our shipping options to include Australia soon! Our ultimate goal is to offer worldwide shipping, so stay tuned for updates!

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A SHIPPING OR CONFIRMATION EMAIL YET?

Please email info@maiaculture.com as soon as possible with your Full name and contact details used on the order, and we will resend you a confirmation email, as there could be a typo in your email address.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards.  We're working on adding Afterpay to offer you more flexible payment options. We'll let you know as soon as it's available.

I FORGOT TO ADD MY DISCOUNT CODE TO MY ORDER?

To ensure a smooth order process, please review your order details and payment information carefully before placing your order. Once it's submitted, we're unable to make any changes due to our automated processing system.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED AN ITEM, AND I NOTICED A SALE HAS STARTED.  WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE A REFUND FOR THE PRICE DIFFERENCE?

We appreciate your understanding that our prices are adjusted frequently based on trends and stock levels. Unfortunately, we're unable to provide refunds for price differences on items already purchased.

I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

We're here to help! If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@maiaculture.com. While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, orders may already be in the process of being shipped once they're placed.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY PREORDER?

Your preorder will be charged at the time you place it. The order will ship once it becomes available.

REFUNDS

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS?

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a purchase. Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds for change of mind returns. However, if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we'll gladly replace it or issue store credit. You can find more details in our returns policy.
